I have moved to Nassau. The Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat was great. I'm glad to say that I learned alot about myself and the world around me.
Now I'm in Nassau at the British Colonial Hilton Resort. This is where the Azure SPA is located. Gotta cut this short. I have to go to the SPA for my noon appointment.
